BadLand Games and developer Dazlog Studio launched BOOR on Steam for Windows, Mac, and Linux. The 2D puzzle platformer sees players become a young girl who accidentally travels to a human colony called Eden, which is under attack by a malfunctioning A.I. known as BOOR.
BOOR challenges players to stop the A.I.’s evil plan by completing puzzles in the game’s 80+ rooms. Users have access to a special “multiply” power, which allows them to create and take control of clones of the young girl, which can be used to manipulate enemies, explore environments, and more. Along the way, players can collect special items and uncover the game’s secrets.
With the help of NOVY Unlimited, BOOR has received coverage on a variety of websites, including Rock Paper Shotgun, Bleeding Cool, and Hardcore Gamer, among others.
BOOR is available to download on Steam for $4.99/€4.99/£3.99. For the first week only, the game will be available for $3.99/€3.99/£3.19, which is 20 percent off the normal price.
