We’re proud to announce that the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade (ICEX – España Exportación e Inversiones) has retained Novy Unlimited as the agency of record for Spanish game developers entering the United States marketplace. ICEX is a public entity whose mission is to promote the growth of Spanish companies overseas.

Spanish studios are invited to sign up as early as possible if seeking to launch a game this year or Q1 2018, since there are a limited number of slots available.

Novy Unlimited will be responsible for supporting the development and launch of Spanish-made games on console (Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One), desktop (Windows, Mac, Linux), and mobile (iOS, Android) platforms – targeting consumers in the United States. Interested studios have until March 31, 2018 to register.

ICEX provides its services through a network of 31 provincial and territorial directories of commerce in Spain and has almost 100 economic and commercial offices overseas. ICEX also has 28 business centers abroad that offer Spanish companies temporary infrastructure as incubators.

Novy Unlimited has launched more than 500 games across all major platforms since it was founded by Jeannie Novak and Luis Levy in 2011. With public relations as a foundation, the company also helps developers large and small succeed through marketing, social media, community management, creative services, development consulting, and much more. Novy has worked with studios from all over the world – from solo projects to mid-sized publishers all over Europe, Asia, Australia, Canada, and the United States.

The first two ICEX-backed projects to launch in 2017 will be:

*  Numantia (RECOtechnology) – a turn-based strategy RPG that takes place during the war between Rome and Numantia (PS4, Xbox One, Windows).

*   Dynasty Feud (Kaia Studios) – a colorful 2D brawler where dynasties from different historical ages duke it out in PvP fashion (Windows, Mac, Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One).
